For this April bagel, the Mediterranean joins us with a recipe inspired by the sunny cuisine of famous Israeli chef Yotam Ottolenghi:

Onion and nigella bagel, toasted sesame cream cheese, chicken, fresh herb salad, tomatoes, lime and coriander sauce.
